Could you cook up a celebrity’s Fish Supper recipe?

We’ve got some fantastic celebrity support for this year’s Fish Supper campaign, and you have the opportunity to serve up some of their dishes if you are hosting a Fish Supper this weekend (13-15 October).

MasterChef Champion 2016, Jane Devonshire, has shared the recipe for one of her favourite family dishes – cheesy fish pie. According to Jane this dish is easy to prepare and it’s always a crowd pleaser – so give it a go and impress your friends and family with a delicious fish pie. You can find Jane’s recipe here

Celebrity Chef Angela Hartnett has created a simple recipe for a tuna, celery and haricot bean salad. Speaking about Fish Supper, Angela says:

‘As a chef and someone who loves to cook fish and seafood, I’m so pleased to get behind the RNLI’s Fish Supper – an easy and fun way to support the brave RNLI volunteers who sacrifice their time with loved ones to save lives at sea.’

Last week TV stars Nadia Sawalha and Kaye Adams supported our Fish Supper campaign by cooking spicy seafood tagliatelle in a live cooking demo on Facebook. You can find the recipe for their mouth-watering dish here.

And don’t forget about Michel Roux Jr’s recipe for potato waffle with smoked fish which he has dished up courtesy of our friends at Albert Bartlett. Michel’s recipe can be found here. You can watch Michel prepare his fishy dish here.

We hope you’ve been inspired by these recipes to cook your own fish dish in support of Fish Supper. There’s still time to host your own Fish Supper if you haven’t yet signed up, and to spread the word by posting about #RNLIFishSupper on your social media channels. You can also visit RNLI.org/FishSupper for more recipes and ideas for your supper.

Bon appétit!
