That same evening they held a party at Largs Sailing Club where a raffle was held, prizes were donated by a number of companies, Raymarine,Volvo, and Garmin, other games in the evening included, guess how many sweets in the jar, a total of £1,595 was raised, all of which was donated to Largs Lifeboat Station.
All at Largs Lifeboat Station, Officials and Crew wish to thank DDZ Marine Ltd. and their hard working team of organisers for the most generous donation at the same time assuring them that this money is gratefully received and will be put to good use helping to keep Largs RNLI Lifeboat afloat.
Without such dedicated hard work and such fund raising our lifeboats would not be there.
